This brand new psychedelic, neon-soaked parlour @happyparadisehk by @littlebaomay caught our attention recently.
I had Iron Buddha (HK$108+) which is essentially a cocktail of blanco tequila, fukien oolong tea, bloomed chrysanthemum and orange bitters. I enjoy my cocktail better when it tastes stronger. This drink is definitely for anyone who likes it light and it goes really well with the food. (I ordered it cos I like the name of the cocktail 😂)
@jooaanneel went for Drunken Plums (HK$118). Shao xing wine is her cuppa tea. Besides, it's well mixed with sour plum, gin, manzanilla sherry and orange bitters. Highly recommended for friends who love shao xing wine.
We like the neo-Cantonese vibes and breezy service. Will be back again!
